Our receptionists will advise you on the approximate time to allow for your visit; however we recommend you allow ample time, particularly for colour appointments.

For your convenience, appointments can be made 1 year in advance. We encourage you to make your next appointment at the end of each visit, as the most popular days/times are often unavailable.

Appointment requests can be emailed to us. Please note that emails are checked first thing in the morning and once again in the afternoon.

If your request is urgent, please call our reception team on 0207 486 9661.

Overseas visitors are welcome to contact us with their requirements before making their trip.

All styling and colouring appointments are re-confirmed 48 hours before by our reception team. To cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice, however we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee for any appointment not cancelled at least 48 hours before the booked appointment.

8.30am - 6.00pm Monday - Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
8.30am - 8.00pm Thursday
